Any garments returned to us within 14 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund; the garments must be unworn, undamaged with the original tag attached. We inspect all return items closely and reserve the right to deny a refund based on the returned condition.

We do not accept any returns past 14 days from receiving the merchandise.

Any items purchased on sale, or as part of our sample sales are not eligible for refunds. All custom couture orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds. Gifts cards are not eligible for a return.

How to make a return: please send your original unworn, undamaged garment in the original packaging back to us within 14 days of receiving it. Please include a note with the reasons for your return. Refunds are processed within 10 business days from receipt. All refunds are processed in the original form of payment.

Sample merchandise has been used in photo shoots and runway shows and is not eligible for returns. Samples are all final sales.

Production time

Our Ready-to-Wear Limited Edition pieces ship out the next business day.

The typical production time for Pre-Orders is 4-6 weeks, custom couture orders may take up to two months.

Our ethereal garments are made by the best handpicked seamstresses in the US and Europe for the most discriminating fashion-forward girls. We have a small team who prioritizes quality over quantity; hence we do not offer mass-produced garments, but only the finest handmade pieces.

We keep very small stock of garments that are Limited Edition Ready-to-Wear, due to the couture nature of our business.
